1954 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window Pickup

350ci V8 | Turbo 350 | Vintage Air | $35,000

Perpetrol is proud to offer this beautifully restored 1954 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window Pickup, a true American classic that’s received a full frame-off restoration with over $64,000 invested in parts and labor by Jim’s Rod Shop in Yuma, Arizona. Every major component has been rebuilt or replaced, making this truck an excellent example of craftsmanship and care.

Powering this Chevy is a 350ci small block V8 paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. The setup includes a serpentine belt drive system, 100-amp alternator, and a Vintage Air system with heat and A/C for modern comfort. It’s equipped with power steering and power brakes, while maintaining its classic solid front and rear axles with drum brakes. The truck runs strong and drives great, though it runs a bit rich at higher altitudes and performs best at sea level.

Finished in a stunning repaint from 2012, the truck has been garage kept and rust-free ever since. The body is extremely straight with no major defects, though the hood could use alignment and the electric windows are currently inoperative. The restoration included all new rubber seals and extensive attention to mechanical reliability, with only 600 miles driven since completion.

Inside, the cabin was completely redone during the restoration with new materials and components throughout, including the dash, carpet, and headliner. Due to Yuma’s heat, the vinyl on the seats and door panels has started to separate, but the rest of the interior remains in beautiful condition.

This classic ’54 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window is the ideal pickup for someone who appreciates vintage style with modern reliability. With the major restoration work already done, only minor finishing touches remain to make it truly exceptional.
